Report to: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer experiences while interacting & maintaining a professional, welcoming environment
  • Ensure service and food quality meets the highest standards
  • Daily duties will include both front of house and back of house including:
    • Greeting customers and entering orders
    • Managing cash and various transactions through the POS
    • Preparation and cooking of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house
  • Deliver superior customer service and interact with customers and other Crew Members
  • Daily administrative tasks including cash accountability
  • Complete preparation of daily stock
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Basic technology knowledge & familiarity, including understanding of electronic equipment to operate POS System
  • Ensure all customer orders are correct upon entering into POS System, charge and collect correct payments
  • Submit sales report & records of financial transactions, including cash

Qualifications:

  • Open availability to work as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Thai cooking with a minimum one year in the food service industry
  • Previous experience in customer service field

Wage: $13 + per hour
